I love The Moonspinners, White Christmas and Into the Woods, too! Have seen several fine stage productions of Woods.

Other favs? What's Up, Doc? Zorro (Antonio, oh, yeah!) Blazing Saddles. Young Frankenstein. All the Shrek series. Old Yeller. South Pacific. Dances with Wolves.

Okay, the list is longer, but how fun to think about the films that are dear to my heart. And, yep, I still want to go to Greece and have an adventure!

This is scary. You asked for it tho ;)

Strictly Ballroom -- We enjoyed this one. We're suckers for dance movies -- Center Stage, Save the Last Dance, Take the Lead, Shall We Dance, White Nights, Billy Elliot, The Full Monty... hmm.. I'm drifting...

Bring It On -- Eliza Dushku is awesome. DH loves this movie. He's even voluntarily watched Bring It On II.

Chasing Liberty -- This was cute. I caught it on cable one day.

10 Things I Hate About You -- I'm so there. It's hard to believe that David Krumholtz the Numb3rs math geek is that same little boy. I could watch or listen to Heath Ledger _all_ day. A Knight's Tale is just for me.

Moonspinners -- I haven't seen this in ages, but I always loved The Parent Trap with Haley Mills.

The Man From Snowy River -- Wow. I haven't seen this since Christmas 1983. That's when my mom bought our first VCR.

13th Warrior -- it was fun, and lots of Antonio to watch.

Favorite Christmas Movie -- sorry i'm a Christmas Cartoon kinda gal. It's always the Heat Miser and Cold Miser for me!

Into the Woods -- we own this one on both VHS and DVD. Even DD liked it when we introduced her to it. Try explaining the wolf's costume to a 9 year old. Love it, especially after intermission!

Jen - It's very possible. Are you a tall nerdy blonde with too many freckles and out of control hair?

Jess- Movies are too hard to narrow down - I considered giving John Hughes and John Cusack each their own category :)

Some of my favorite ugly duckling movies are teeny-bopper movies, too: She's All That and Never Been Kissed (perhaps not-so-teeny-bopperish, but poor Josie Grossy!) are two of my fav's. Does Molly Ringwald count as an ugly duckling in Sixteen Candles or Pretty in Pink? I just love John Hughes!
