Now, writing how you talk. Oh, my. It&#039;s not bad for contemporary dialogue, but definitely not historical and not in the narrative. My biggest one is &quot;I&#039;ve got to&quot; or &quot;I&#039;ve gotta&quot;. One of these days, I will beat that out of my writing patterns, probably not my speech patterns though. Not writing in first person seems the easiest way to avoid this one ;)</description>
